Taskae

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This is a working draft. The final policy is being written alongside the first store release and will replace this page before Taskae is generally available.

What Taskae stores, and where

Without an account, everything you enter stays in a database on your own device and is never sent anywhere. Taskae has no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no third-party trackers.

If you create an account

We store your email address, a hashed password, and — once you switch sync on — the objectives, goals, tasks, lists, habits and ideas you choose to bring. Rows are isolated per account at the database level, so no account can read another account's data.

Email

Your address is used to confirm the account, to sign you in with a one-time code, and to reset a password. It is not used for marketing. Messages are delivered by Resend.

Deleting your data

Clearing data in the app removes it from the device and, if sync is on, from your account and every other device. Deleting your account erases your rows from the server permanently.

Who processes it

Neon hosts the Postgres database and Resend delivers email. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
