A Customer Support Specialist at Taskae assists clients by resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role involves multiple communication channels, providing timely and effective support to ensure Taskae users are satisfied with the platform.

Tasks:

  • Provide timely assistance to customers via email, chat, or phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the support system.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Offer product guidance and educate customers on features and functionality.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to help improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM tools.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
